This upgrade revamps all DevQuery APIs, especially LiveChat, to incorporate a database-reliant DevID system.

We are upgrading how LiveChat works. This includes message refreshes, message sending, and more. Check out our Discord's #updates channel for more information once the maintenance is complete!
